Question: How do you paste items like URLs or text?
Answer: Text is pasted using the right mouse button and clicking on "Paste", which pastes whatever text you have in your clipboard.
To insert a link, mark the text you are linking and then in the menu button line above, use the menu button with the earth globe and page on it.
A dialog box will appear in which you then enter the desired URL.
You can also enter the text from the clipboard, including the text of a URL, anywhere you want, by using the keyboard command Control + V.
